Returns policy

You can return an unused product within 14 days of purchase. Once a product has been used we cannot accept it back — unless there is a serious issue such as a fault.

Unused, within 14 days — returnable

Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Used — not returnable

For safety and integrity reasons we cannot accept the return of any product that has been used or opened — unless there is a serious issue (see below).

Returning an unused product

If you change your mind, you can return an unused, unopened product within 14 days of purchase. It must be in its original sealed pharmaceutical packaging, undamaged, with batch seal intact. Email us first to start the return and we'll confirm the return address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Used or opened products

Because these are sensitive research materials, a product that has been used or opened cannot be returned or refunded — unless there is a serious issue with it, such as a manufacturing fault or a product that is not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, or you believe there is a genuine fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll investigate and, where there is a serious issue, replace the item or refund you free of charge — even if it has been opened. Please keep the product and packaging so we can review the batch.

How to start a return

Email support@bodypharm.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps and the return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
